I’ve been catching glimpses of the Wendy Williams show over the last few weeks, and I’ve been quite intrigued by the fabulous crystal cat eye reading glasses she’s being wearing. After a little Google search, I found out that they are made by a company called Divalicious.
These beauties are not for the faint of heart, I absolutely love them, and the prices are amazing, starting at $58.00, where you could treat yourself to a couple of pairs and take them to your optician to have your prescription lens dropped in if you need more than readers. There are also sparkly eyeglass cases, if you’re so inclined. How Bold!

I am so in love with June Ambrose’s Edna Frames. The super stylist to the stars has launched her sophomore collection of yet another crowd stopping, “where did you get those fabulous shades“; in collaboration with Selima Optique, the trend setting luxury eye-wear brand. Nothing says “I’m super gorgeous”, than big statement frames. These will definitely be going on my wish list, and staying on my radar, as it’s time to give my beloved Prada’s a rest, and start searching for a worthy replacement for summer 2014.

OK… So I’m browsing the internet hoping to find a dress for a major event I have to attend next month, and I come across this beauty in Donna Karen’s signature body conscious draping. It is so out of my price range {and not really the style I was looking for at the moment}, but I had to post, because I love it!!! Price tag $1895!!! Hi Darlings, I thought I’d post an update to let you know how I’m doing on my self reflecting hiatus {and also show off my fabulous Sika dress}. I’m FANTASTIC!!! It’s been a challenging couple of months in my personal life, and that’s why I decided to put my blog on hiatus until the dust cleared. I’m happy to say 90% of the dust has settled into sparkling fairy dust, and my creativity is bouncing back with a force and passion, I’ve never seen before. It’s amazing how so much light can come out of a dark place.
♥Stay Strong♥
There comes a time in all of our lives when things look really bleak, but I’m here to tell you that if you just hold on, don’t give up and try your utmost to keep those negative thoughts at bay, you will come through {read “The Secret“}. Try your best to have some sense of normalcy, don’t throw yourself into a pit of depression, there’s nothing for you down there. Remember there are lessons to be learned through every life experience, especially the bad, and I’ve been blessed to have learned quite a few these past months. As far as I’m concerned it’s though God’s grace that I have come through my own predicament, a place I’ve never been before, and hope I never experience again. The most important thing is, I’ve learned so much more about myself, I’ve learned what’s really important. These new tools will guide me on my new path for the rest of my life’s journey.
♥Never Give Up♥
I’m choosing not to disclose what I’ve been through on my blog, because my blog is a happy place, and some things really are just personal. I also realize there are others, going through so much more than I did, so it’s important to me to try to inspire at least one person to Never Ever Give Up… Ever!
For those of you who read the bible, read Psalm 121 daily, believe me it’s very powerful; for those who know this Psalm, you know what I mean.

As I’ve mentioned before, in the coming months, there will be lots of exciting and lovely new things coming to my blog and my company; I’d love for you to stay tuned, and continue on this fabulous journey with me! I absolutely adore cigarette pants with an open ballroom skirt {with side pockets no less!}.
This style is a throwback to the 1940’s. Very elegant!
