I am so in love with June Ambrose’s Edna Frames. The super stylist to the stars has launched her sophomore collection of yet another crowd stopping, “where did you get those fabulous shades“; in collaboration with Selima Optique, the trend setting luxury eye-wear brand. Nothing says “I’m super gorgeous”, than big statement frames. These will definitely be going on my wish list, and staying on my radar, as it’s time to give my beloved Prada’s a rest, and start searching for a worthy replacement for summer 2014.

Wear this ankle boot with a pencil skirt {with a nice kick pleat in the back of course} and a lambswool or cashmere turtle neck sweater, or pair the skirt with a fitted jacket {leather would be lovely}, then add a motif tee for a fun yet chic look.

Well Darlings, Spring has left us once again; it has been a rainy and dreary 3 days here in Washington, DC, the sun has once again disappeared. Apparently this is the 2nd coldest Spring on record, and right now this spring is heading towards being the coldest. It was slighter warmer this time in 1975! It makes me wonder what this summer is going to be like… Will there be one?
The above image was found on Pinterest; I thought she looked so elegant, with her white dress and nude shoes… very summer. I also think the perforated snake-skin Piccadilly wedge by Belstaff {love the wood panel} below, would also be gorgeous with this dress. Hopefully we’ll all be wearing our spring/summer niceties very soon; if this weather ever changes!

These incredible shoes from Brazilian designer Andreia Chaves, are handmade to order, taking approximately 4-6 weeks for delivery. With a 5.5″ heel and 3/4″ platform, these sky-high heels are a cross between fashion and mathematical engineering. With a whopping price tag of $2,795.95, it’ll be interesting to see which actress/singer/reality show person, will be seen wearing them first.

Happy Wednesday Darlings, here are a few of my favourite things from Zara. I’m totally in love with this fuchsia pink suit, talk about making a statement when you walk into a room. Yes, all eyes will be on you!
Loving this double-breasted waistcoat, I love the extended cut of the armhole, there’s so much you could do with this; dress it up or down, a classic go to item.
Looking for that easy to wear, comfy weekend dress? well here it is! Also comes in Coral and Makeup (nude). As I’ve said before, yellow truly is the colour of the season!
Cocktails anyone? Be the belle of cocktail hour in this little yellow number.
Add a pair of silver strappy shoes to any of these ensembles, a must have in any Stylista’s wardrobe.

Well we’re nearly half way to the weekend, I hope you’re having an amazing week so far. We’re supposed to hit 75 degrees in DC today, so I’m going to try to enjoy the sunshine, while I can, because who knows when it will disappear again!
