Happy Thursday Darlings♥ As you may know, I’m on a major health kick, so I thought I’d let you know what’s in today’s smoothie cocktail. Here goes…
- 1 Handful Kale
- 1 Handful Spinach
- 1/2 Apple
- 1/2 Banana
- 1 Tablespoon Flaxseed
- 1 Handful Strawberries
- 1/2 cup spring water
Blend, pour into a martini glass, and sip daintily, like the healthy, and chic Sylista you are.

How fabulous, darling! Makes me want to relax on a chaise lounge is my silk bathrobe whilst sipping my smoothie martini…. lol… whilst in reality I’ll be chugging this down whilst rushing and getting ready for work… never used kale in a smoothie… must try!
That was my vision too!! Kale is fantastic in a smoothie, you should definetly try.
